JBorja Foundation BENEFICIARIES visited Agua Caliente Estate

On February 9th, a group of young beneficiaries by Borja Foundation “Opportunities” Social Responsability Program visited “Agua Caliente” estate. Around 50 teenager from farm families and four tutors were in the estate to getting to know the coffee exportation process.

The coffee grain transformation was an interesting experience for the young. Firstly, they met where coffee grain is stored before to processes them in special machines (Pulperos). Then, the coffee is pouring into containers until ferment for then let them dry out.

Also, they were in an exposition about different kinds of coffees according to its quality, size, weight and Color.
